Malina Decoration Design took care of the entire process, from developing the design project and obtaining the necessary permits (including permits from DDA, Civil Defense) to the final arrangement of furniture.

As part of the project, a comprehensive reconstruction was carried out: competition and painting of walls, installation of track lights, installation of decorative 3D clouds, which became a bright accent of the studio, and solid partitions were added. Furniture from China was ordered especially for the studio, which we delivered, assembled and placed in accordance with the design project.

All communications, including electrical wiring, installation of sockets and water supply, were carried out exactly as planned. The project was completed on time and the client was pleased with the result.

The project included comprehensive wall preparation: leveling, priming, installation of decorative moldings and painting. The electrical wiring was completely redone with the addition of new outlets, relocation of light switches and installation of new lighting groups. The apartment has stylish decorative elements, including lighting and LED strips, as well as chandeliers and paintings, harmoniously integrated into the interior.

Particular attention was paid to the creation of a decorative TV unit, lined with marble, which became the key accent of the living room. To complete the project, furniture was imported from Italy, assembled and installed in the apartment. All work was carried out with precision down to the smallest detail, and the apartment was handed over to the client on a turnkey basis.

This project aimed to create a high-quality home that combines luxury, functionality and a personal approach to design.

Key works included:
- Electrical wiring: Adding new wiring lines, which improved the functionality and safety of the electrical system.
- Switches and sockets: Arrangement of new switches and sockets in accordance with the changed configuration of space use.
- Chasing: Making a groove with a total length of 350 meters for laying new wiring.
- Painting: Renovation of the exterior of the villa with painting of walls in a total area of ​​1000 square meters and ceilings in an area of ​​400 square meters.
- Decorative panel: Creation and installation of a decorative panel measuring 4 by 2 meters in the entrance area, made of decorative plaster, which became an expressive accent of the interior.
- Chandelier: Installation of a luxurious and heavy chandelier imported from Italy, which became the central lighting element in the entrance area.
- Furnishings: Complete furnishings made in Italy complemented the interior, emphasizing its status and sophistication.

Malina Decoration Design took on an ambitious renovation project of Villa 58 in Dubai Hills, the goal of which was to create a comfortable and luxurious home. The project was implemented according to a ready-made design project, which included the use of premium materials for finishing and furniture.

Key works included:
- Remodeling of bathrooms: Two bathrooms were created from one existing one, including a complete remodeling of the plumbing.
- Finishing: Using high-quality MyLand paint for the walls, marble for finishing three bathrooms, improving their visual and functional quality.
- Electrical wiring: Complete replacement and addition of new points for LED lighting and other lighting elements, relocation and addition of electrical sockets.
- Furniture: Custom-made cabinet furniture and import of luxury furniture from Italy, which gave the interior a special status.
- Decorative elements: Creation of unique decorative elements from plasterboard, giving the interior individuality and sophistication.
- Thermostats: Replacement with modern devices with Wi-Fi function, increasing the level of comfort and climate control.

This project focused on the execution of all structural and finishing works, creating the perfect base for future furnishing. The objective was to prepare the property for furnishing, which future owners can choose according to their taste, thus ensuring complete readiness for sale with the possibility of individualization of the interior by the new owners.

Main Works Included:
- Electrical: Relocation and complete replacement of electrical wiring with the installation of approximately 15 thousand meters of electrical cable to ensure functionality and safety.
- Lighting: Installation of 150 meters of magnetic track lights integrated into the ceiling, creating a modern and aesthetic look.
- Painting of walls and ceilings: High-quality painting of surfaces with a total area of ​​about 1,500 square meters of walls and 700 square meters of ceilings, corresponding to Russian quality standards.
- Floors: Laying parquet and replacing the stair covering, including the manufacture and installation of new steps.
- Air conditioning: Installation of new air conditioning system grilles, providing comfort in each room.
- Thermostats: Replacement with modern smart thermostats with Wi-Fi function for convenience and energy savings.
